Theodore's Greek Pie of the day

Bread basket with homemade jams, spreads + butter

Homemade granola with milk (cow or almond)

Yogurt Bowl with choices of : fruit, granola, honey, nuts, agave

Main Courses

Crushed avocado on multigrain bread/ With choice of : smoked salmon or poached egg or seeds + sprouts

Quinoa with raisins, apple, yogurt + maple syrup

Fried eggs with potato and smoked pancetta hash

"Sfougato" Traditional scrambled eggs with organic tomatoes

Egg white scramble + mushrooms, peppers, kale, walnuts and anthotyros goats cheese

Yanni's Pancakes with Canadian Maple syrup  (available in gluten-free)

Eggs any style/ With choice of sides : bacon, sautéed vegetables, salad, cheese variety

Fruit platter
