Cancellations & Refunds
STANDARD CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY for bookings with arrival dates in 2021.
We understand that life happens and that plans change. The following cancellation and refund policies apply to our Standard Rate bookings:
Up to 14 days before arrival: no charge
7 to 14 days before arrival: a charge of 30% of the stay
1 to 6 days before arrival: a charge of 50% of the stay
On the day of arrival, no show, or departure prior to the scheduled date: a charge of 100% of the stay
* Bookings made with a Non-Refundable Rate offer are subject to a charge of 100% upon booking and are non-refundable upon cancellation or change in duration of stay.*
